How To Configure Emails on Outlook (POP3) Print

Go to Tools --> Account Settings (Outlook 2007)

Or

Go to File --> Account Settings (Outlook 2010 or Newer)

1. Click on New
2. Choose POP3
3. Check Manually configure server settingsand click Next
4. Insert your Name: Your Name
5. Insert your E-mail address: name@yourdomainname.com
6. Account Type: POP3
7. Incoming mail server: mail.yourdomainname.com
8. Outgoing mail server (SMTP): mail.yourdomainname.com
9. Insert User Name: name@yourdomainname.com
10. Insert Password: **********
11. Go to More Settings --> Outgoing ServerTab:
    1. Check My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication
    2. Check Use same settings as my incoming server
12. Go to AdvancedTab:
    1. Incoming Port: 995
    2. Check This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL)
    3. Outgoing Port (SMTP): 465
    4. Select SSLfor Use the following type of encrypted connection
    5. Uncheck Leave a copy of messages on the serveror specify their retention period on the server if you want to keep them
    6. Click Ok
13. Click Next
14. Click Finish
